MEET VERONIKA

I’ve been in language training for 16 years working with corporate clients, executives and managers from a range of industries (construction, oil, fashion, pharmaceuticals, HR, logistics, insurance, law, automotive, energy,  marketing, management consulting, industrial security).

I’ve been helping clients with language development, we either have been working on improving their skills or consolidating the existing level. 

Recently I’ve been primarily providing language coaching  to companies, executives and managers – helping them to prepare for a range of tasks and events such as conferences, presentations, teleconferences, business meetings with international partners, internal strategic meetings, communication within international project teams, external and internal negotiations, interviews, appraisals, etc.

Language coaching and consulting has proven effective in sessions focused on achieving leadership key attributes with the right language, particularly in the areas such as strategy development, change management, decision making, problem solving, soft-skills development, agility and innovation.

During my teaching path I observed an intuitive shift towards coaching in interaction with my clients. To get the language coaching right I decided to take the Neurolanguage Coaching course in 2023.

In my experience coaching principles combined with brain-friendly approach simply work. We put the learner autonomy first and change communication patterns. Profound respect to coachees, their ownership of goals and learning process are the key principles to me. Neurolanguage Coaching goes beyond learning a language, it is empowering  time and cost effective.

Vyskúšal som už viacero spôsobov výučby učenia sa od samouka, callanovu metódu a rôzne iné, no ani jedna mi nedala to, čo táto metóda. Na začiatku som sa cítil neistý, vystresovaný ako keby som nič anglicky nevedel no následne už po pár hodinách dostávam presný smer, ktorým sa chcem uberať. Cítim sa istejší, nebojím sa ozvať, a konečne som pochopil veci, ktorým som roky nerozumel, ako napríklad správna skladba viet. In my opinion, the neurolanguage coaching is relatively new method which can help improve my skills of using language. The principle of the method is based on the understanding the language, its grammar and system and the usage in the practice. Until now I have a very little experience with such a method as I started only a month ago, but nevertheless I can see the differences in comparison to other similar systems. In this case, the coach is focused on specific minuses I have in the language and in consequence they aim at exercises that help me be better at english. I got a lot of homeworks too according to my level of development. I am very curious about improving in the mear future, but now I can plainly say that I see the results.

I have finally found the method that suits me the best. In my life i have tried many language school, many forms of studies, many private teachers, but there were still things i could not understand and I was not improving my langugage skills in my desired way. Neurolanguage coaching is very progressive, because the coach and coachee set togheter the goals and actions to the goals as well as the time frame in which the goals should be reached. I trully recommend this method, from my point of view i tis the most progressive way of learning a language. Not to forget that no books are followed, and all materials are brain friendly, so you study only study as you like to study.
